Pasta, Pizza, Polenta & More has moved to the Recreational Division at The International Culinary Center.

Imagine creating delicate, feather-light pasta, pillow-soft ravioli or unforgettable lasagna lightly drizzled with a handmade tangy sauce. Or discover the subtle techniques of crafting the perfect pizza or a deeply satisfying polenta.
Don chef’s whites and learn how to prepare some of the most luscious Italian cuisine. You’ll train hands-on at your own personal workstation in our brand new Italian kitchen.
Join us and in just seven sessions your skills and confidence will soar as our accomplished Chef-Instructors help you learn the fine art of creating authentic Italian cuisine.

UNIT 4 – Regional Sauces for Pasta
UNIT 5 – Gnocchi
