Overview Italy has produced so many memorable and magical meat and poultry dishes like saltimbocca alla Romana, robust chicken cacciatore and succulent roast duck. And, in just three sessions, you too will be ready to prepare these and other authentic meals in your own home.
Don your chef's whites and learn alongside our accomplished Chef-Instructors. You’ll train at your own personal workstation in our brand new Italian kitchen. Gain skills and confidence as you create exquisite Italian meat and poultry dishes from every region of Italy.
Immerse yourself in the fine art of creating authentic Italian cuisine, and your kitchen may well be your favorite ristorante. Curriculum UNIT 1 – Chicken and Game Birds
